I learned that not everyone is a routine person, and sometimes we need different things on different days. That being said, I still believe it’s important to have structure. So what I do now is I have a checklist of all the things I’d like to accomplish by the end of the day every day. It took the pressure off having a strict schedule; I can accomplish these things in any order I like, plus if I don’t get it all done I don’t have to beat myself up about it.
